Stanford's AI Index 2026 reports 89% of surveyed organizations now use AI in at least one business function. The bottleneck isn't model capability. It's governed agentic plumbing. That's where I work.
Background
My Journey
I grew up in Jhansi, a small city in Uttar Pradesh. No startup ecosystem, no tech meetups, no one around me building software. I did a B.Sc. in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry at Bundelkhand University, then moved to Gwalior for my MCA at MITS (8.87 CGPA, First Division with Honours). That's where I wrote my first real code and realized I wanted to build things that work at scale.
My first real job was at MyShubhLife, a FinTech startup in Bengaluru. I joined as a developer and was promoted to Software Engineer Team Lead in May 2023. I built post-disbursal loan workflows in Kautilya, the loan management system, proposed Heimdall (a mini ERP to run those workflows) to my AVP and CTO and built it with the team, and ran OCR/NER proofs of concept with the data science team before we picked HyperVerge for PAN and Aadhaar extraction. Those 3 years taught me everything about shipping under pressure.
At Zenarate, I moved into conversational AI. I built conversational features on Azure CLU and LUIS for the contact-center training simulator and optimized the AWS transcription pipeline for performance and cost. That year convinced me: agents are the future, but only if you can govern them.
In May 2023, I published pyAGI on PyPI: an autonomous agent framework, built before the agent wave hit. The package was later acquired by Kyle Morris and Jeffrey for $10,000. Kyle Morris co-founded Banana.dev and is a founding member of AGI House. That acquisition changed how I think about building in public.
Today I'm Tech Lead at Attri.ai, promoted from Senior Software Engineer in October 2025. I architected Agentify (15+ production agents), built the Cascading Router that routes LLM calls by difficulty to cut cost, and maintain agent-airlock (an open-source agent firewall with 4,400+ tests). My philosophy: deny-by-default, measure everything, ship systems that actually survive production.
Now I'm building VAJRA, an autonomous find-and-fetch robot on Jetson Orin Nano with ROS 2 and NanoOWL vision. The same governance thinking I apply to software agents, applied to physical AI. From cloud to hardware. That's the next chapter.

Org-wide CI/CD platform
Built and operate the internal CI/CD library (attri-dev-kit), rolling out across 208 active repos. The initial org-wide audit surfaced critical findings across 10 audit dimensions (branch protection, leaked secrets, missing scanning, unreviewed merges); designed AI-specific guardrails (hallucinated-import detection, AI-author signature escalation, unjustified-lint-disable hard-blocks, test-delta gate).
Engineering process owner
Authored the Engineering Process Alignment doc adopted org-wide across all Attri projects. Proposed and shipped a PR Review Round for Senior Technical Interviews. Institutional change to the interview rubric.
AI provider source-of-truth
Maintainer of the canonical AI Provider & API Key Registry across 27 production AI projects (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). Listed as Tech Owner on 9 of those.
Engineering team allocation
Allocation planning for 25+ engineers across 16 simultaneous customer projects via a custom Resource Allocation Planner I built: utilization, overload flags, at-risk-project surfacing. Delivery oversight, not direct reports; my direct team is the Agentify core team I hired.
Hiring + interviewing
Triaged 257 candidate applications across 6 senior engineering requisitions with a custom must-have / good-to-have JD-match scoring rubric. Conducted 30+ technical interviews as panel.
Performance reviews
Contributed performance reviews across a 22-person engineering org on a 1-5 rubric (Core Skills · Technical · Delivery · Teamwork). Authored the Cloud & AI Operations Engineer JD for the backfill role.
Internal enablement
Authored 'Leveling Up Our Workflows: Guide to Building Claude Skills'. Tech-Lead-signed enablement to the whole team. Drove internal CLI tooling adoption across leadership.
Customer-facing delivery
Took over weekly resource-planning leadership for a major customer engagement from a senior partner. Technical point of contact for customers, with delivery oversight across 12+ active engagements.
