About Me
Stanford's AI Index 2026 reports 89% of surveyed organizations now use AI in at least one business function. The bottleneck isn't model capability — it's governed agentic plumbing. That's where I work.
My Journey
I grew up in Jhansi, a small city in Uttar Pradesh. No startup ecosystem, no tech meetups, no one around me building software. I studied B.Sc., then moved to Gwaliorfor my MCA at MITS (8.9 CGPA). That's where I wrote my first real code and realized I wanted to build things that work at scale.
My first real job was at MyShubhLife, a FinTech startup in Bengaluru. I joined as a developer and was promoted to Team Lead in under 3 years. I built Kautilya LMS (500+ users), Heimdall ERP, and an NER/OCR pipeline processing 10K+ documents daily. Those 3 years taught me everything about shipping under pressure.
At Zenarate, I pivoted hard into GenAI. I integrated LLMs into conversational AI systems, built Azure CLU pipelines, and cut response latency by 40%. That year convinced me: agents are the future, but only if you can govern them.
In May 2023, my open-source project pyAGI was acquired by Kyle Morris (co-founder of banana.dev, AGI House founding member). An autonomous agent framework, built before the agent wave hit. That acquisition changed how I think about building in public.
Today I'm GenAI Architect & Tech Lead at Attri.ai, promoted in 10 months. I run 15+ production agents via Agentify, cut LLM costs by 70% with a Cascading Router, and built Agent-Airlock (an open-source agent firewall with 1,157 tests). My philosophy: deny-by-default, measure everything, ship systems that actually survive production.
Now I'm building VAJRA— an autonomous find-and-fetch robot on Jetson Orin Nano with ROS 2 and NanoOWL vision. The same governance thinking I apply to software agents, applied to physical AI. From cloud to hardware. That's the next chapter.

Leadership & Process
What I've built and run beyond shipping code — at Attri.ai, Dec 2024 – present.
Org-wide CI/CD platform
Built and operate the internal CI/CD library now consumed by 208 active repos. Initial audit surfaced 1,135 CRITICAL findings across 10 audit dimensions; designed AI-specific guardrails (hallucinated-import detection, AI-author signature escalation, unjustified-lint-disable hard-blocks, test-delta gate).
Engineering process owner
Authored the Engineering Process Alignment doc adopted org-wide across all Attri projects. Proposed and shipped a PR Review Round for Senior Technical Interviews — institutional change to the interview rubric.
AI provider source-of-truth
Maintainer of the canonical AI Provider & API Key Registry across 27 production AI projects (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). Listed as Tech Owner on 9 of those.
Engineering team allocation
Allocated 25+ engineers across 16 simultaneous customer projects via a custom Resource Allocation Planner — utilization, overload flags, at-risk-project surfacing.
Hiring + interviewing
Triaged 257 candidate applications across 6 senior engineering requisitions with a custom must-have / good-to-have JD-match scoring rubric. Conducted 30+ technical interviews as panel.
Performance review owner
Performance-reviewed a 22-person engineering org on a 1-5 rubric (Core Skills · Technical · Delivery · Teamwork). Authored the Cloud & AI Operations Engineer JD for the backfill role.
Internal enablement
Authored 'Leveling Up Our Workflows: Guide to Building Claude Skills' — Tech-Lead-signed enablement to the whole team. Drove internal CLI tooling adoption across leadership.
Customer-facing TPM-class
Took over weekly resource-planning leadership for a major customer engagement from a senior partner. Customer-facing principal engineer across 12+ active engagements.
